Ciara found that over the first few years running her Coaching business, she was getting more and more requests for support with Talent Acquisition as a result of her experience, expertise and reputation in this field. Over time, Ciara’s business has grown and evolved to offer services to both individuals and organisations.
Talent Matters focuses on supporting organisations with Talent Acquisition services and solutions. Ciara and her team work with both private and public sector organisations in Ireland.
Ciara Stewart Consulting is Ciara’s Coaching business that focuses on supporting individuals in their career journey as well as Interview Preparation Coaching.
