Sourcing Candidates
Typically if you were to hire a candidate that was introduced to your organisation via a third-party agency, the fee payable to the agency could be anything between 15-30% of the salary of the hired candidate.
We do things differently. We partner with you with the aim of supporting you in hiring the most suitable person to the role. We work on a daily rate fee and we take away all of the administration associated with running a hiring process. We communicate with candidates and organise interviews so you can focus on what you do best.
